JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) Date: 04-02-2017 Having heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the order impugned. The Court fails to understand the logic behind the demand of the appellant that his promotion should now be further shifted from the date when the vacancy arose and when the DPC met and made a recommendation in his favour. The greed of the employee is such, which is not required to be entertained and encouraged by interfering with the decision of Learned Single Judge. This was a fit case where even
