The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B), 201 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons having killed the deceased on account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the husband of the sister in law of the victim lady and is staying far away from the place of occurrence. It is further submitted that if at all any body is responsible, they are the near relatives i.e. the husband, father in law, mother-in-law etc. of the deceased lady and the petitioner is in no way connected with the said incident. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 39 of 2018.
