2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty that son of the petitioner, namely Sashi Paswan

Patna High Court CWJC No.5747 of 2023(3) dt.26-11-2024 2/2 (Respondent no.8), may file a fresh writ petition for considering his case for transfer of Porter License No.1100 of his father (the petitioner) to him, which has been assigned to the petitioner and now due to his old age, the same is required to be transferred in light of the Commercial Circular No.62 of 2009, abiding by the Board's Letter No. 85/TG-II/1010/08/Licensed badge/ policy dated 09.12.1988.

3. As such, the son of the petitioner may file a fresh writ petition for considering his case for transfer of Porter License No.1100 from his father to him in the light of Board's Letter No.85/TG-II/1010/08/Licensed badge/ policy dated 09.12.1988 contained in Commercial Circular No.62 of 2009, communicated by the Director Traffic Commercial (G), Railway Board dated 29.10.2009.

4. With the aforesaid direction/observation, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
