2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for a direction to the concerned respondent authorities not to register any document/sale deed/deed of any kind

2/4 particularly relating to the land measuring 0.78125 Dismals (Five Duhrs) and 0.859375 Dismals (Five and One and half Dhura) pertaining to Tauzi no.8166, Thana no. 35, Ward no. 19, Khata no. 224, Kheara and Survey Plot no.1163 in Mauza Ranipur Phulwari, Mohalla New Ranipur, Survey Thana-Phulwarisharif, District Patna, duly presented or executed by the private respondent nоs.9. to 11 and to hand over them to Police, because they are absconder in Phulwarisharif P.B. Case no.594 of 2013 and the Anticipatory bail of respondent no. 9 has been allowed by this Hon'ble court in Cr, Misc. No.21624 of 2014 subject to the condition that the respondent no.9. shall deposit Rs. 34,26,000/-(Thirty Four Lakhs Twenty Six thousand) while surrendering within a period of four weeks whereas the respondent nos. 10 and 11 have been allowed the Anticipatory ball in Cr. Mise.

No. 21277 of 2014 with the condition that

3/4 the respondent nos, 10 and 11 shall deposit Rs. 10,50,000/-(Ten Lakhs Fifty thousand) in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within six weeks BUT the Private respondent nos 9 to 11 neither have complied with the order of this Hon'ble court by depositing the aforesaid amounts nor have surrendered before the learned court below and the petitioner further prays for issuance of any other appropriate writ or writs/order or orders/ direction or directions which the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the fraud the respondent nos. 9 to 11 committed with him, a criminal Case has already been lodged which is pending before a competent sessions court.

4. Learned State counsel submits that it is a dispute between the two private parties for which he shall have approached appropriate authority.

5. This Court finds force in the submission of the learned State Counsel.

6. In the aforesaid background, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue the aforesaid remedy before the appropriate civil/criminal court. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
