JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26808 of 2017 with an observation to conclude the trial within a period of seven months and there was recovery of Government Arm from the petitioner, who happens to be a constable. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is suffered a lot and is in custody for more than one and half year, uptill now charge has been framed.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to

No.33196 of 2018 (2) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Trial No. 1707 of 2018 arising out of Madhubani (Town) P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016, on the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in disposal of the trial.
