The present application has been filed for restoration of order dated 11.07.2022 passed in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2153 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2153 of 2021 was dismissed for default vide order dated 11.07.2022. He further submits that restoration application to restore the Cr. Appeal (SJ) No.2153 of 2021 was also dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 09.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 53229 of 2022.
