JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 12-04-2016 Perused the order dated 02.04.2015 passed by SubJudge-I, Rosera in Title Suit No. 190 of 2011, whereby the Court below only allowed the amendment application. Considering the fact that during pendency of the suit, the defendant sold part of the Suit property and therefore the plaintiff prayed for relief with respect to the same by way of amendment.

Therefore, I find no reason to interfere with the impugned order passed by the Court below in exercise of supervisory jurisdiction. Thus, this writ application is dismissed. (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) Mishra/- U
