Petitioner is in custody in connection with Patna Jn. P.S. Case No. 104 of 2018 for the offenses punishable under section 273 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Read with section 30 (a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.04.2018. He further submits that the liquor was not recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he has no concern with the co-passenger who was going to Buxar. He submits that only on suspicion petitioner has been made accused in this case. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Case No. 104 of 2018.
