2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 101/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased and is in jail since 23.12.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant has given an application that the deceased was suffering from mental illness and she has died in normal circumstances and this is not a homicide.

5. This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for bail after the informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21377 of 2025(2) dt.23-04-2025 2/2 deposes in the trial.

6. If such an application is filed then the trial Judge will decide the bail application of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
