The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 44/2018 dated 03.03.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 468 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation in the F.I.R. is that after the death of the father of the petitioner, the petitioner tried to interpolate in the purcha, which was granted to his late father, with respect to 1 decimal of land. The effort of the petitioner, it has been alleged, was to make 1 decimal into 7 decimals of land. The informant therefore suspected that the intention of the petitioner is to grab his property, which would fall in the aforesaid land, which the petitioner seeks to add to his stock of land.

No.34482 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that it is out and out a civil dispute and no details have been provided by the informant as to which land is his, is being attempted to be grabbed. A 144 Cr.P.C. proceeding also is stated to be pending over the said plot.
The petitioner is in jail since 29.04.2018.
Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X, Saran at Chapra in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 44/2018.
