This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 30, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The recovery of country made Mahua is from the public place. The petitioners have clean antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of

No.17335 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Awatar Nagar P.S. Case No. 249 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
