The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 17.12.2014 passed by learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. 811/2013, by which cognizance has been taken for the offence under Sections 447/329/324 of Indian Penal Code.

Considering the materials available on record, no ground for quashing of the order dated 17.12.2014 taking cognizance for offence under Sections 447/329/324 of Indian Penal Code against the petitioner is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for and is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all his grievances
