The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code, 30/38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and 27(B) (ii) 28RW/36 AC of the Drugs and Cosmetic Act.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 90 bottles Corex cough syrup each containing 100 Ml., 49 bottles Dialex DC each containing 100 Ml. and Phenergan Injection 600 pieces of 2 Ml. were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It is claimed by the petitioner that Md. Shahwaz and Wasim Alam had given him consignment to deliver at Jogwani. Petitioner claims that he is having clean antecedent and is in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. Sessions Judge II , Araria in Jogwani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 31 of 2017.

If the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
