1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by non disposal of the appeal by the District Teacher Employment Appellate Authority. Grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is non-payment of salary. He submits that petitioners have also approached the Teacher Employment Appellate Authority for his grievance as to
Patna High Court CWJC No.12022 of 2014(2) dt.01-08-2018 2/2 non-payment of salary but the District Teacher Employment Authority is sitting tight over the matter, therefore, the petitioners are going without salary.
2. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the District Teacher Employment Authority, Araria to dispose of the appeal No. 227 K/11, 309/11, 227Kh/11, 281/11, 312/11, 311/11, 313/11 and 310/11 expeditiously preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order, liberty shall be available to the petitioner, if the decision of the Appellate Authority goes against the petitioner, by way of filing appeal before the State Appellate Authority or before appropriate forum/ Court in accordance with law.
3. With the aforesaid the writ application stands disposed of.
