The Petitioner who is in custody seeks bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant while she was returning to her tenanted house.

It has been stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since, 15.06.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36703 of 2017(2) dt.10-08-2017 2/2 circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Jamui, in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017.
