2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.10.2022 passed in M.J.C. No. 2214 of 2019 by which this Court has allowed the application filed by the petitioner with a litigation cost of Rupees Twenty-five Thousand to be deposited in the Court of Principal Judge, family Court, Araria by way of demand draft in the name of the petitioner by the 28th of November, 2022.

3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the amount of Rupees Twenty-five Thousand has been deposited, but the same is not being accepted as the time had already lapsed.

4. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria is directed to accept the payment in question and proceed in accordance with law and will comply with the other parts of order dated 20.10.2022 passed in M.J.C. No. 2214 of 2019.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this application is allowed.
