JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2018 The relief sought for in the present writ petition is that despite the petitioner having filed a petition before the Respondent No.2 for release of his vehicle in the Confiscation proceeding, no order has been passed by the Respondent No.2. In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the Respondent No.2 to pass a final order within a period of four weeks from today with regard to release of the vehicle of the petitioner herein. The present writ petition is accordingly disposed of with aforesaid direction.
