The petitioner is in custody in connection with Shaharghat P.S. Case No. 24 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. No. 231 of 2018, registered for offence under section 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and 30(A) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 2.04.2018. He further submits that mandatory provisions under section 100 Cr.p.c. was not followed the matter of seizure.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly two months, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten
