2. The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sangrampur (Tetiya Bamber O.P.) P.S. Case No. 315 of 2023, dated 06.11.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with the co-accused persons, variously armed, assaulted the son of the informant by means of sharp edged weapons due to which he became unconscious.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. He further submitted that informant is not the eyewitness to the alleged occurrence. He further submitted that as per allegation in the FIR, informant's son was assaulted by the co-accused persons by means of sharp edged weapons, however, injury report suggests that the said injury was caused by hard and blunt substance, which creates doubts in the prosecution case. He further submitted that the co-accused person namely, Ashok Yadav @ Saurabi Yadav @ Saukhi Yadav has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.11.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 79730 of 2024. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in paragraph no. 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 04.01.2025.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
