JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State assisted by learned counsel for the informant.

Petitioner happens to be younger brother-in-law of informant, Seema Kumari. Unfortunately, Seema Kumari has no brother and on account thereof, she was taken away to her sister's place where she was continuing with her study. However, during course of stay, it has been alleged that she was raped by this petitioner and subsequently thereof, continued with such a nefarious activities alluring her on the pretext of marriage and out of which, she became pregnant, however, got terminated. Furthermore, it has also been disclosed that they succeeded in getting a sale-deed and digested Rs. 4,00000/-. There happens to be specific allegation against the

No.29760 of 2014 (3) dt.23-03-2015 petitioner and on account thereof, the submission made on behalf of petitioner that after having his employment in the Railways, he is being exploited by the informant, does not appear convincing. Consequent thereupon, prayer of the petitioner for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to surrender before the learned lower court within a fortnight positively. At the time of consideration of regular bail, the instant order will not come in the way.
