2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 755 of 2023 arising out of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the criminals were caught planning a loot.
4. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of other co-accused Lal Babu Nadaf, and the petitioner has antecedents also.
5. Considering the fact that the petitioner was not arrested from the spot, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in connection with S.Tr. No. 755 of 2023 arising out of Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 157 of 2022.
7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Sahiyara Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
