JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Respective learned counsels along with their clients as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor are present. Possessing optimistic view ultimately gave fruitful result as has been disclosed by the learned respective counsels that the spouse have settled their scores and to that effect, a deed has also been prepared. Though there happens to be some sort of bitterness however, the parties have agreed mutually to part with and on that very score petitioner has agreed to pay Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lacs) as one time settlement apart from other one. It has also been admitted by the respective counsels that Rs.8,00,000/- (Rupees Eight Lacs) will be paid before examination of Opposite Party No.2, Pramila Devi as P.W.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30632 of 2014 (5) dt.07-04-2015 relating to present case. To have further safeguard upon the interest of the respective parties, it is expected that a petition in terms of Section 13(b) of the Hindu Marriage Act is to be filed before examination of complainant, Pramila Devi in the present case.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case of the case, petitioner Anand Kishore Prasad is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gaya in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in connection with Complaint Case No. 1910 of 2011 in terms of condition so enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
