JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 420, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 20 years having no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that from perusal of entire prosecution case no reasonable man can understand that petitioner had played any role justifying his implication as accused in the present case.

Considering the fact that there is no evidence to connect the petitioner in the commission of crime, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14188 of 2020(2) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Ghoshi (Okari O.P.) P.S. Case No. 401 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
