Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 (G) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of POCSO Act. Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation of gang rape against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 42 of 2014 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Samastipur stands rejected.
