The petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 15.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 70064 of 2019, whereby, with certain other directions, he was directed to surrender in the court below within a period of three weeks from the date receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner could not surrender within the aforesaid stipulated period.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17765 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner for modification of the order, referred to above, is allowed.
In case the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, he shall be accorded the privilege under the order dated 15.11.2019 but all the terms and conditions which have been imposed in the aforesaid order shall subsist.
The order dated 15.11.2019 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
The modification application stands allowed.
