Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother of the husband of the victim of dowry death. The allegation is general and omnibus against the petitioner and other in-laws of demand of dowry and torture for the same. The husband of the victim is already in custody and father-in-law of the victim has already been allowed bail by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.34761 of 2018. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of the investigation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35487 of 2018 (2) dt.26-06-2018 2/2 against the petitioner on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Semera P.S. Case No.33 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
