The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P.S. Case No. 711 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Jharkhandi Upadhyay, learned APP for the State has filed an affidavit alongwith he also produced the report that victim girl has been recovered and she has been handed over to her parents. The main accused Surendra Sharma has been arrested. The petitioners are the parents of Surendra Sharma.
