The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 30 (a), 38 and 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2018. He further submits that the other co-accused have been granted bail by coordinate bench of this Court namely, Dinesh Mukhiya vide order dated 06.11.2017 in Cr.MISC No. 51522 of 2017, and Sushil Rai vide order dated 22.12.2017 in Cr.MISC No. 60060 of 2017.

Case No. 220 of 2017.
