Mr. Sri Umanath Mishra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Chausa P.S.Case No. 22 of 2018 registered under Sections 201,302 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that informant's son was called by the accused persons at his home for giving due wages to him as he was engaged as a Tractor Driver, but thereafter he did not return back. Next morning his dead body was found thrown in a field as he was killed by throttling.

Submission is that for not paying due wages of a tractor driver, it is absurd to assign any motive for killing rather during investigation, it also transpired that deceased had illicit affair with a girl and may have been killed in other way and one of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32451 of 2018(3) dt.20-07-2018 2/2 co-accused Jwala Singh was admitted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 33529 of 2018 and petitioner are sons of Jwala Singh and they have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely , Ravi Singh @ Ravi Kumar Singh and Manish Singh @ Manish kumar Singh are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S.
