JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2015 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Birpur PS case No. 251/2012 for the offence under section 341, 323, 448, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The prosecution story, in brief, is that on 20.11.2012 when informant was sleeping in her house, this petitioner after disconnecting her electrical connection entered into her house and attempted to commit rape. On the alarm of informant her family members came. The accused further snatched her gold chain worth Rs. 15000/- from her possession.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is on police bail.
Since the petitioner is on police bail, the present
