JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-06-2020 Heard Mr. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Chandan Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the informant as well as Mr. Ram Bilash Roy Raman, learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Ara Mufasil P.S. Case No.258 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. In the present case, allegation against the both petitioners is that petitioner no.1 caught hold the victim and petitioner no.2 caused injury by Garasa and during treatment the victim died.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14121 of 2020(2) dt.09-06-2020 2/2 Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners for the present.
