The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 112 of 2006 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20, 22 and 23 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substance Act.

Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
