In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 6 of 2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 354, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 8 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is an Incharge, Head Master and a serious allegation has been made against him to have sexually manhandled the minor girl which was brought to notice of the Inchage of Aurangabad Police Station.

As the petitioner is an Incharge, Head Master, it was/is not expected from him to indulge in such activity that too

Looking to the status as well as behaviour of the petitioner with the minor girl, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and accordingly his prayer for bail is rejected.

The court below is directed to expedite the trial and complete the same, preferably, within one year after the normalcy is restored.
