The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S. Case No. 530/2020 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that petitioner is a lady and that she has relied upon the alleged forged certificate, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two
