The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2015 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners are that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26944 of 2021(8) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 petitioners are named in the first information report. In the first information report, there is direct allegation of assault at the head of Manish Kumar by means of butt of the pistol. The injury report also corroborates the allegation as alleged in the first information report.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
