The petitioner seeks bail in Alamganj P.S. Case No. 592 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 3368 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120 (B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that co-accused fired at the husband of the informant on the command of the petitioner as a result of which he died. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the allegation is only at the behest of the petitioner, except this there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and informant is not an eye

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 592 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. No. 3368 of 2021.
