The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No.255 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'). Regard being had to the fact that there is a case and counter case and the police on completion of investigation submitted charge-sheet only under Sections 341, 323 and 504 of the IPC, but the learned Magistrate differing with the police report took cognizance of the offence under Sections 307 of the IPC also, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
