The petitioner is in custody in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 59 of 2018, for offence under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(A), 38(a) and 41 (1) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.3.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has been apprehended in connection with recovery of 9 liter of liquor, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge IInd -cum-Special Judge (Excise), Siwan in
