Petitioner is in custody in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 751 of 2017 for the offence under sections 461, 379, and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The instant case was registered against unknown.
