Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 342, 323, 353, 427, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that the police had arrested petitioner-Sunil Nat @ Sunil Nut in connection with some other case, however, the named accused including the petitioner No.1 forcibly got escape of petitioner-Sunit Nut @ Sunit Nat. Petitioners are in custody since 22.12.2018. Investigation of the case is complete.
Considering the nature of allegation and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.26462 of 2019(2) dt.23-04-2019 2/2 completion of investigation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bettiah Muffasil (Manuapul) Police Station Case No.129 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
