1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of regular bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the learned Sessions Judge, Madhubani vide order dated 11.04.2022 passed in B.P. No.176 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party no.2 had concealed his one criminal antecedent in his bail petition. He further submits that this case is pending for trial, therefore, the present Cr. Misc. Application may be disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also co-

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Saharghat P.S. Case No.84 of 2021 (G.R. Case No.487 of 2021).

6. In case, if the petitioner seeks any protection for giving his evidence in the Court, on his application, the Court concerned shall take appropriate steps.
