The petitioner seeks bail in connection in a case registered for the offence under Sections 399, 404, 402, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the name of this petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, Deepu Sahni. Moreover, it is alleged that only a knife has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner but no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 813 of 2019.
