Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defect(s) as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is of taking over the entire money of Rs.8,00,000/- on the pretext of getting marriage of his daughter, namely Nisha Kumari with co-accused Omkar Prasad and petitioner is mother of the said main accused

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has got clean antecedent. He further submits that the girl has already solemnized marriage with another person.
Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 52 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) brajesh kumar/- U T
