JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 307, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Petitioner has been named in the FIR on the basis of dying declaration of the deceased Ranjeet Prasad Yadav wherein deceased told to the informant that this petitioner along with named accused as well as 2/3 unknown persons fired upon him. Considering the statement of the victim, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
