Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 781 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on basis of concocted allegations. As a matter of fact, informant had earlier also filed a complaint case under sections 323, 324, 341, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 I.P.C. as is evident from Annexure-2. It is further submitted that petitioner has also filed Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15150 of 2019(3) dt.20-05-2019 2/2 1020 of 2018 before the Family Court, Patna. The present case is counterblast to the divorce case filed by the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XV, Patna in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 781 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
