Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of the co-accused.
Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, nor the petitioner was put on T.I. Parade. The petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2018.
Investigation of the case is complete.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36507 of 2018 (2) dt.02-07-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Marhowrah Police Station Case No.144 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the court below and the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
