The petitioner, apprehending her arrest in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 250 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code, seeks the privilege of pre-arrest bail.

Allegedly, cousin, co-accused Banti Kumar @ Mukesh Kumar along with the petitioner went at the house of the informant and in absence of the informant and his family members committed theft after opening the Almirah and thereafter, it is alleged that the petitioner was also with him. Considering that the petitioner is a lady and was not
