Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of murder of his wife.

Submission is that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2017. Petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.
