2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 342, 376, 504, 506, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that on 27.12.2023, this petitioner took the victim to a hotel near Darbhanga Railway Station and administered her some intoxicant substance, due to which, she lost her consciousness and thereafter, this petitioner committed rape upon her and also took some obscene picture/video.
