The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rail P.S. Bakhtiyarpur Case No. 23/18 for the offence under sections 379/341/323/414/34 I.P.C.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for nearly three months.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was arrested in this case merely on suspicion. Considering the aforesaid particularly the fact that this petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33195 of 2018(2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Patna, in connection with Bakhtiyarpur Rail P.S. Case no. 23 of 2018.
